A deposit of half of your stay is required to secure the rental. After receiving your deposit the reservation will be confirmed by email and / or postal mail. Deposits and rent balances may be paid by cash, check, Master Card and /or Visa. One week notice is needed to cancel a reservation for the apartment rental. Refundable damage deposit of $200 required upon
arrival.
